Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic direction and executive leadership for Dematteos Restaurant Inc
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, including revenue generation and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior management teams and department heads
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, P&L statements, and key performance indicators
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
- Champion company culture, brand identity, and customer experience standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
- Experience managing multi-department or multi-unit restaurant operations preferred
- Knowledge of food service regulations, health codes, and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
