About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to ensure exceptional service standards
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
- Drive marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to grow revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
- Set and uphold company culture, values, and guest experience standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Knowledge of food service operations, compliance, and industry best practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
