Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability across the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
- Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a positive workplace culture
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success
Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements and budgets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Experience with restaurant operations, food service management, or related fields

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
