Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior staff and department heads to ensure operational excellence
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key community stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L to meet or exceed business goals
- Uphold and elevate brand standards, guest experience, and food quality
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business development
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
