Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all restaurant operations
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and front-of-house/back-of-house teams
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and uphold brand standards and quality control
- Drive marketing, branding, and business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the restaurant and food service industry
