About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior staff and department heads
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L statements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
- Champion brand identity and uphold the company's standards of quality and hospitality
Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
